    To order your box, please follow these steps: Choose Your Box: Browse our webshop selection and select the box that fits your needs. Check Out: Proceed to checkout. Please note that there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for printing. Note at Checkout: The payment is on hold until we finalize the artwork. Choose Your Design: After purchasing, choose your desired design from our available templates or upload your own. Approve Final Artwork: Review the final artwork proof we send you. Approve the design to proceed. Receive Delivery: Once approved, your custom boxes will be printed and shipped to your address. Enjoy your personalized packaging!
  • What is the natural color of the box before any printing is applied?
    For optimal printing quality, the boxes feature a white surface prior to any printing process.
  • What materials are used for the production of boxes?
    Our boxes are typically made from two types of materials: Paperboard boxes, crafted from 300 g/m² paperboard. Cardboard boxes, constructed from 450 g/m² cardboard.
  • Can we order plain white boxes without any printing on them?
    Our service focuses on delivering designs on boxes, so it's not possible to order plain white boxes without any printing
  • How can I select the right box for my needs?
    Typically, you can utilize filters to select the most suitable box for your specific product. This includes options to filter by material, dimensions (such as depth), popular box types, and box lock type. Additionally, you can expedite your search by directly entering specific dimensions, or specific words into the search bar for quicker results.
  • Are the box designs showcased on the webshop available for use?
    Yes, the designs showcased on the boxes in our webshop are available and are provided free of charge when ordering. You just need to add your personal touch, such as your logo and contact details.
  • Is communication required to finalize the artwork ?
    Yes basic communication is required. We maintain close communication via email or chat, ensuring you have the support needed for modifications or finalizing your design.
  • How design process works ?
    After placing your order, our design process is streamlined for your convenience. If you have a ready design, simply paste it onto the template we provide, and we’ll deliver the final artwork for your approval within 3 hours. If you need assistance with incomplete designs or adding elements like text or logos, our team is here to help. The time and cost will vary based on the complexity, with potential extra charges for detailed work. To create a Design Plan and provide printing services, BoxOpMaat requires the following graphic materials for the digital printing process: ▪ Vector graphic logo (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR format) ▪ High-resolution image file (at least 300 DPI).   • Can you explain the unit price displayed on the E-shop?
    Pricing is based on Minimum Order Quantity The unit price displayed is calculated based on the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) shown on each product's banner. To secure this great rate, ensure your order meets or exceeds the MOQ!
  • What does the payment include?
    The payment includes the box, the design (if provided for free or owned by the customer), printing, and delivery.
  • When is my payment considered complete?
    After checkout, we hold your payment until we finalize the artwork for printing. If, for any reason, the artwork is not finalized, you are entitled to a full refund. In case of additional graphic design work or separately purchased designs, a partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
  • Why is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required for purchases?
    Minimum order quantities (MOQs) for printing jobs are set to ensure cost efficiency, optimal material usage, production efficiency, and profitability for both printers and customers. By spreading fixed costs across a sufficient number of units, MOQs make printing jobs more cost-effective while minimizing waste and maximizing production efficiency. Ultimately, MOQs help printers manage costs and maintain profitability while providing customers with high-quality printing solutions.
  • How can i order samples ?
    1) Please order online directly for dummy boxes samples 1-1) Corrugated box 450g/m2 with multi-color printed logs and colors 1-2) Paperboard box 300 g/m2 with multi-color printed logs and colors 2) You can order any other samples products advertised in our shop or request a proof sample if you made an order. Please refer to the submission form in our sample page or send us an email with: Subject : (Proof Sample + Order number ) for Proof sample. Subject : ( Other sample + Article number) for Other sample
  • Is delivery included in the price? and where do you deliver?
    No, Our advertised prices doesn't include delivery costs, and it will be added at the checkout and will depend on your registered delivery address. How ever we offer free delivery if the total order amount exceeds 300 Euro. Our delivery terms are DAP (Delivered At Place) to major locations throughout Europe. Please check our delivery page for further information.
  • How long does it take to deliver?
    After printing, our delivery time will be between 3 to 7 working days depend on your address of delivery.
